Wakiru & Co. offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").
2. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence (18 in the UK). You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Products and Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website.
Freshness & Perishability: Our primary product is roasted coffee, which is a perishable good. We take great care to ensure it is shipped immediately after roasting to ensure peak freshness.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
5. Returns and Cancellation Rights
Perishable Goods (Coffee): Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns on roasted coffee beans.
Quality Guarantee: If you are unhappy with the quality of your coffee, please contact us at info@wakiruandco.com within 14 days of receipt, and we will do our best to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.
Merchandise / Non-Perishable Items: For non-perishable goods (such as equipment or merchandise), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. You must send back the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. We will refund the cost of the goods and standard delivery charges.
6. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Wakiru & Co. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
