Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our products and billing.
Where does your coffee come from?
All our coffee is single-origin, sourced directly from smallholder farm cooperatives in the Nyeri and Kirinyaga counties of Central Kenya. We specifically select high-altitude lots grown on volcanic soil.
How fresh is the coffee?
We roast in small batches on a weekly basis.
Where do you ship to, and what are the shipping costs?
We currently ship within the UK only. Standard delivery is £3.05 via Royal Mail Tracked 48, arriving in 2–3 business days. Orders of 1kg or more qualify for free shipping. Your exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your coffee or if there was an error with your order, please contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
How should I store my coffee?
We recommend keeping your beans in our resealable bags or an airtight container, stored in a cool, dark, and dry place.
Do you offer subscriptions?
No, at the moment we don't have a subscription service. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we launch our subscription service.
